An individual, personalized training plan designed for you to meet your goals! This comes with exercise prescription through the app (as displayed above), customized nutritional guidance, bi-weekly 1-1 check-ins, and access to me (your personal trainer) daily for questions. (Minimum 3 month commitment)
I can meet with you virtually through Zoom or at a local gym. Buy a package and price is reduced.
I can build a program to suit the needs of your team. This could be office health challenges or weight training for a sport team. Book a call and we can discuss all of the options.
